We have been doing custom boards for a few years now. We have a large range of shapes, which can be customised, and can provide you a board with specific flex, stiffness (carbon) and stance offset. Rails? We can take those away too. Reverse camber? Yep, we can do that. What about a soft jib board using biax. We can do that. Check out the detail as well as some examples of past work here. Drop us a line if you are interested and we'll answer your questions.About our boards
Heresy snowboards are hand-made in California by people who have been snowboarding for 18 years and making boards for around 10 years. They're snappy and stiff and are aimed at intermediate/higher end riders. The boards are super-fast and are park and pipe weapons.
Because we believe that most riders need a board that is an all-mountain board, which allows the rider to use the board in the park, pipe, rails and steeps, we have designed our boards to allow you to ride all terrain aspects of a resort.
Our boards feature die-cut sintered-7500 bases, secret sidewalls and resin, triaxial topsheets, aspen/poplar cores with rubber foil shock dampeners and rockwell-48 steel on the edges 360 degrees of the way around.
The printing process ensures a vibrant, clear and long-lasting top-sheet and base print.
We use a special resin developed with a chemical engineer and tested for hours and hours in order to produce a board with a consistent, reliable, organic and responsive feel.
The sidewall is a naturally-occuring material which is much, much lighter than ABS, is much, much snappier, whilst retaining memory for much longer. This gives you a lighter, snappier and more responsive board that feels like a natural extension of you. We urge you to contact us for a demo, the difference is unbelievable.
We are completely committed to providing boards of a quality that we, as consumers, would expect. We offer a 1 year warranty on our boards, which covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused or exacerbated by use of the board on rails, bonking rocks, bonking people's heads, hitting your board with a hammer or similar incidents boards were not made for. They were made for riding on snow.
